| Our client is a well established manufacturer of custom electrical equipment. They have an immediate need for a Project Manager and a Manager of their Project Management Group. The ideal candidate for the PM role will hold a degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering and be able to demonstrate strong related experience managing projects in the fabrication of custom equipment to meet both commercial and technical requirements. You will develop execution plans, develop budgets and mobilize the resources required to achieve milestones, while identifying and mitigating risks along the way. You will be the primary customer interface through to successful delivery and acceptance. The Manager of Project Management will provide the necessary coaching and leadership to the PM team. You will also improve processes and tools so that PM’s can operate more effectively and participate in broader business initiatives and strategy as part of the senior management team. For both roles experience in industrial power and utility applications would be beneficial as would completion of the PMP designation. |
