| Our client provides companies with their expertise in the industrial process control field and specifically in the steam power and boiler sector. This is a field role where you will provide service and support to utility based customers across Ontario. This will include installation, repair, retrofits, testing and commissioning. Several years experience with PLC's, SCADA, DCS and associated instrumentation is required. An understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings including AutoCAD will be valuable. Prior experience working with boilers, steam plants and combustion systems will also be beneficial, along with an understanding of pressure vessels and piping. A Technician/Technologist level education and/or Electrical Trades certification is required. Good communications and relationship building skills are essential since this is a client facing role. |

| Field Service Representatives - Process Control |

They require 2 Service Representatives to be based in Sudbury and to cover Northern Ontario. The role will be site service to clients for process control and instrumentation applications. This could be installation and startup, system upgrades, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting or the training of site personnel. You will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service in line with the company’s philosophy and will receive good training and support. Candidates will likely hold a college technology diploma in the Electrical Control and Instrumentation field and have several years of hands-on experience with SCADA, DCS, PLC and HMI applications. Strong communications and customer relations skills are required along with the ability and self confidence to operate independently. |
