| Our client has a great opportunity for a candidate with strong experience in the Truck Rental and Leasing industry that is looking for the next step in their career where they can acquire operations experience running a new division in the Ottawa area. The successful bilingual candidate (French / English) will have 7-10 years experience working with customers and maintaining strong relationships with fleet managers. As a motivated self starter you will need to build this new division with your understanding of truck mechanicals and how to fix them. It would be beneficial to have supervisory experience and a background in hiring staff, performing reviews and dealing with disciplinary issues. You will posses a business aptitude and be a decisive team player that has the desire to make your division one of the top performers in the company. Successful candidates can come either the Sales or Service side of the business.
