| As the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for all maintenance activities for this high volume manufacturer. You will manage a team of 5 Supervisors and 25 to 40 unionized maintenance employees, which will involve setting direction and empowering your team to achieve goals. You will have hands on responsibility ensuring that the reliability of manufacturing is maintained and unscheduled downtime is kept to a minimum; you will further strive to ensure safety, cost, quality and customer service are adhered to in the highest regard; you will progress to taking full responsibility for capital investments, environmental and resource conservation programs, utilities and facility management. The Maintenance Manager will oversee the planning and execution of PM Programs, support the execution of capital investment projects, as well as lead Continuous Improvement implementations. You will further be called upon to make presentations as well as conduct formal training. The ideal incumbent will possess 6 years of leadership experience, and a good grasp of CMMS. Furthermore you have experience with both preventative and predictive maintenance, PLC's, and 3 phase power systems coupled with an Engineering Degree. |
