| Our client, a well established Engineering / Environmental Consulting firm has an immediate requirement for a Water Resources Engineer to join their integrated multi-disciplinary team of environmental professionals. This opportunity will be located in their Mississauga area office. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Environmental Engineering (or equivalent), a P.Eng designation and with a track record in project and client management. Ideally, you will have experience in stormwater management, urban hydrological model use (SWMM, HSPF, HEC-1, HEC-HMS), flood analysis, hydraulic routing and exposure to hydraulic models such as SEC2 or HEC-RES in addition to experience in water quality and related water quality modeling. Additional experience with Ontario's Source Water Protection initiatives preferred. Some demonstrated programming skills (FORTRAN, VB, C++) would be an asset.
