Our client, a specialty insurance provider, requires an R. N. Case Manager to assist with case management of patients traveling outside of the US and Canada. This role requires the candidate to be the lead resource to various departments and groups (clients, doctors, families, underwriting, etc.) and provide accurate medical advice during emergencies. This role requires handling new cases, calls and inquiries regarding patient medical information and coverage, including ongoing education regarding medical alerts, triage and accurate documentation of all cases. To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum completed 3 year college diploma in nursing, with current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse. 2+ years experience in a critical care or ER environment is required. This role provides steady shifts, extensive benefits, no union dues, RRSP match, tuition reimbursement and no cost for uniforms. This role does require 12 hour shift rotation.

Our client, a Toronto based niche property development company with offices across Canada, is seeking a Human Resources Manager with a flair for providing tactical human resources support to a large, diversified organization. Reporting to the VP Human Resources you will be mandated to oversee the development, creation and delivery of a broad range of human resources programs which could include developing compensation programs, job evaluation programs, managing third party providers and vendors, development of communication programs, etc. This position will be attractive to someone who has strength in employee relations and who has extensive, practical human resources generalist experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience at a management level, good supervisory experience, knowledge of heath & safety legislation, and exposure to managing the implementation of technology related projects specific to HRMS. Candidates should possess a University Degree / College Diploma and a CHRP designation. Superior communication skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and a strong computer aptitude are prerequisites.
