| A reputable financial services company requires a Business Analyst for major project initiatives. Collaborating with a project team to determine project scope and vision this candidate will conduct interviews and product analysis to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, and workflow storyboards. You must develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirement specifications. Candidates must hold a college diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, insurance, computer science or information systems and/or 2 years minimum related work experience. A minimum of 2 years experience with business and technical requirements analysis, verification and methodology development is required. This candidate must have strong presentation skills, written, verbal and communication skills as well as previous experience with web technology and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with Insurance and QA testing methodologies would be an asset. |

| A large manufacturing organization is currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join their key business group. In this role, you will be involved in the budgeting process, including planning, coordinating and improving the annual budgeting process. You will also assist in building business models, analysis of expenses, maintain Fixed Asset ledgers, assist in quarter end and year end audit working papers and prepare ad hoc financial analysis as requested by management. To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a Designation (CGA, CMA, CA), with a minimum of 3 years accounting and/or auditing experience. Strong communication, analytical skills and exposure to a manufacturing environment is preferred. |
