| Production Supervisor / Moulding Team Leader |

| This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Moulding Team Leader / Supervisor. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating a team of Production Associates and overseeing all aspects of: safety, quality, productivity, cost, and staff development. You will find ways to increase productivity of moulding machinery through continuous improvement initiatives and problem solving abilities. The successful candidate will assist in setting and achieving goals / objectives while strengthening teamwork and group cohesion. You will maintain the highest level of quality while meeting the requirements of the next customer. Administrative duties include: collection and tracking of: volumes, run times, defects and efficiency. You will be responsible to coordinate the production schedule to deliver parts to internal customers. As well as, troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate support from all supporting departments. Candidates require a minimum of 3 years leadership experience within a fast paced manufacturing setting as a Moulding or Process Team Leader. A strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with injection moulding machinery and auxiliary equipment is essential. The successful candidate will have a post secondary education in a related field and strong computer skills working with Microsoft Office applications. |

| Our client is seeking an experienced Production Team Leader (Supervisor). The successful candidate will lead a team of Production Associates and have extensive involvement in continuous improvement for production. Candidates must have a strong mechanical aptitude and be able to setup and troubleshoot equipment. In this role you will support the manufacturing of products with accountability for: safety, quality, efficiency, timelines and budgets. To be considered for this opportunity candidates require a minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience within a high volume assembly environment and 3 years experience at the supervisory level. The successful candidate will have a Degree or Diploma in a related field and must possess full working knowledge of the TS16949 plant setting. Strong computer skills working with Microsoft Office applications are required. As are superior communication skills, presentation skills, project management skills, interpersonal skills and a strong technical aptitude. |
