| High volume automotive parts manufacturer is seeking a proven quality engineer with superior communication skills to liaise with their customers (Ford, GM, Chrysler and Toyota) with respect to ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This individual will be and engineer or a technologist preferably with a CQE designation and will possess at least five years progressive experience in an automotive parts manufacturing environment. You will participate in the APQP process to ensure the feasibility of the design and process to produce the products as specified and will also address any quality issues including GD&T, gauge design, capability studies, PPAP, DOE various SPC studies, ECN’s, etc. |

As the virtual face of the company’s local quality initiatives you will have face to face interaction with customers as well as being able to organize and participate in Global Quality initiatives particularly in the areas of process capability improvements. |
