| Well established, Canadian owned, manufacturer of proprietary, custom metal fabricated and assembled process equipment is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 years experience in mechanical design, project engineering and project management in a machinery building type environment. After the Sales Engineers have secured the job the Project Engineer / Project Manager will be responsible to take what the sales people have sold and put it on paper (design through commissioning). Design is done on AutoCAD 2000 which includes detailing shop drawings (structural) and electrical/mechanical controls. What is required is well rounded engineering skills, very strong communication skills, good troubleshooting experience, exposure to fluid dynamics and metal fabrication. |
