| Our client is a leading provider of process control solutions and has been recognized as one of Canada's Best Managed companies. In this role you will be responsible for projects from scope definition, through design, system configuration, testing and on-site start up. This will involve close collaboration with customers to define their needs and to develop an acceptable system solution. Candidates must be familiar with process control solutions using current hardware and software including DCS, SCADA, HMI, instrumentation and industrial networking technologies. A degree in Engineering is required (this could be Chemical, Electrical or Computer Engineering). Exposure to a variety of process applications such as those in the chemical, petrochemical, power and bio-tech industries would be preferred. Experience in a project leadership role would be beneficial. Specific experience with the Delta V DCS would be an asset.

| Our client is a newly established organization which is developing new products in the high energy power storage field for industrial and utility applications. They are particularly targeting the renewable energy market. They require an experienced Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for the design and testing of the battery hardware including the inverter and controller. They would prefer someone with prior related experience in this field. A high level of enthusiasm for product development, good communications skills and the willingness to get involved in a hands-on way with a new start up organization are all critical. |
