This individual will hold a critical role dealing with both the technical and commercial aspects of major bids and project proposals. This will require working with system integrators and third party suppliers to provide a complete project offering. You will also be working with other global divisions to meet specialized product requirements. The role will encompass the negotiation of terms and conditions in order to secure a mutually acceptable agreement. Candidates should hold an engineering degree in the Electrical or Mechanical field and must have a knowledge of electrical distribution and control products. A minimum of 5 years in a related role dealing with complex projects and proposals is required including the interpretation of terms and conditions. You must have a strong customer focus, good communication skills and be computer literate (MS Project, MSOffice, etc). |

| The Electrical Engineer will design machines for manufacturing and product handling as well as modify machinery for new model introductions. In this role you will write detailed equipment specifications for the procurement of manufacturing equipment, lead in the startup and debugging of new equipment and manage projects from inception through to completion. In addition, you will train and support maintenance personnel, support staff in drawing updates and revisions as well as train and coordinate machine design / installation activity with other facilities. Strong experience with PFMEAs, Control Plans, Flow Charts and Problem Solving tools as well as experience programming AB PLC's and Panelviews is required. The successful candidate will have a 4 year Electrical Engineering Degree (P.Eng. designation would be an asset). Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD are required as is the ability to travel locally and internationally as needed. |
